Looking to set up an online store. I came across a website that is
setup exactly the way I want our new sight setup. I mean the shopping
cart. Any suggestions on what was used to setup the shopping cart?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I would really appreciate any
help.

Why not just email their webmaster or technical contact and ask them?

It's written in ASP, so I would start by looking at ASP-based carts.
It's old-school ASP, so don't bother looking at anything .NET based.

They do have email contact info on their site, BTW - granted, it's for
sales, but I'm sure they could forward a query.

It's also possible that it might have been custom built.

Keep in mind, though, if you're looking for a shopping cart setup, most
of the available options give you a fair amount of flexibility on how
you set it up.
