I have tried to understand why my TV card (I bought a HP Pavilion m7763w
Media Center) does not work properly.
It seems that the images are in "slow motion" and the sound follow the
images... The Radio is ok! All possibility available in the options to
configure it I tried.
I have 2GB RAM and all drivers updated.
Thanks for help.

Make sure the video and chipset drivers are correct for a Nvidia GeForce
6150 / nForce 430 motherboard and that the Amd Dual- Core Optimizer software
was installed. The graphics problem sounds very much like a system running a
Dual Core AMD processor without the optimizer installed.

I downloaded the setup on the AMD link page you provided, but the
installation return a err 1721, related to the "install package", but I
tried to install another program and the installation was ok.
Do you know to fix this err/problem?
Thanks
