Hi folks
Spend some time to figure out how to hard reset a Qtek 9100. Here is
the solution which realy works:
1. Turn off the Qtek
2. Hold down simultaneously the [comm] and [voice] buttons (top left
and top right)
3. Use the pen to press the [reset] button, while still holding down
all buttons
4. Wait for ten seconds
5. Release just the [reset] button
6. Press the [power] button
7. Release all buttons
8. Now you should see the message: "Press Send to restore factory
default, Other keys to quit". !!! Watch out you will lose all
information !!!
9. Press the green [send] button to format the Qtek.
That's all. Hope could help you to save time and nerves.
