I don't think that mydomain.com is your domain. I would suggest you
provide a URL, and if you must make such a reference, example.com is
there just for that purpose.
Now, Google is never going to see PHP code. The server reads the PHP
and spits out HTML to the UA, whether it be a browser, a phone,
refrigerator or a SE.
You might want to check the validity of the markup being produced, and
you might want to visit the site with a text only browser, or an aural
browser with your monitor turned off.
