I've heard that Google cannot execute scripts. I have syndicated
horoscopes on my website that is a script that runs some else's
server. The code is like this:

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="http://
www.scriptsjoint.com/dailyhoroscopes/aries.php"></script>

This content potentially contains a lot of rich keywords for me. But I
suspect that Google cannot read anything inside the script tag as
content for my site. Am I right?

Google *can* read scripts, but most often they ignore them.

Best to assume so and provide an alternative.
