I would like to be able disallow USB drives (any type) on all
workstations - anyone know of a GPO or other key that I can use as part
of Windows 2003 with XP Clients?

Note that if you follow the steps in the article and registry settings will
apply, they will not reverse if you unlink or delete the GPO - you have to
apply reversing policy first.
