Hi,
we are looking for Win32 based alternatives to the Esri ArcGIS suite
that support Topology Edit. The program should be able to edit a
polygon and a polyline layer, which share the same geometry, at once.
I.e.: Any changes in a polyline road layer should also modify the
boundaries of the polygons representing the areas inside the road
mesh (stored within a polygon layer).
What programs apart from ArcGIS can you recommend for this task?
Any help appreciated!
