I live in Surrey so I've looked at the Findaproprty areas for this
county and it looks like they've used Ward boundaries to create the
areas. They've combined ward boundaries to create the larger areas, so
that's why they don't immediately look familiar when you look on the OS
website. They will have used the Ordnance Survey BoundaryLine product
to combine the Ward boundaries to make the ones on the map.
