Press Release--

Berlin, Germany; Moscow, Russia; Seattle, Washington, USA, November
26, 2007 - A team of young and motivated people, from different
countries all over the World and with the same passion to mobile
technologies and computing announces the launch of the Smartphone
Freeware Directory.

The directory is a big human-processed collection of free software
applications, utilities and games, dedicated for the following kinds
of the Microsoft Windows Mobile platform: Windows Mobile 6 Standard,
Windows Mobile 5.0 for Smartphone, Windows Mobile 2003 SE for
Smartphone, Windows Mobile 2003 for Smartphone and Smartphone 2002.

Thus the software directory provides applications for almost all
available kinds of phones based on the Windows Mobile operating
system. Some of the applications, included in the directory, are even
capable to work with Pocket PC devices as well.

Owners of the PDA and Smartphone gadgets, manufactured by HTC, Orange,
Motorola, Samsung, QTEK, T-Mobile, Palm, HP, VOQ, Sierra Wireless, i-
mate, Verizon, O2, Acer and much more, will find a lot of useful
software for their devices and thereby improve their productivity for
no cost.

The main advantage of the project is its highly-motivated editorial
team, which tries to collect under one hood all ever published and
released open source and proprietary free applications. The directory
also contains a big number of free action, arcade, gambling and board
games such as DOOM, Tetris, Sudoku, Snake, Bubbles and Pinball, just
to name few.

Comparing to many other directories and collections of similar
software, which are available on the Internet, the Smartphone Freeware
Directory stands out due to its carefully structured categorization of
all software products. Applications are sorted intuitively by their
purpose, for example by such topics as GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, games,
productivity, education, heath, instant messengers, multimedia and so
forth.

All listed software is tested by the team members for viruses, spyware
and trojan horses and only then distributed to the users, mostly in
the for of CAB-files (also known as cabinet packages). Such files can
be directly downloaded and installed on the device.

The editorial team welcomes all mobile users to visit the Smartphone
Freeware Directory and find applications and games for their own
needs. All software, of course, is available free of charge, without
any attached strings and shareware-like restrictions.
