Dear sir,
You could most likely add an onClick attribute to your <a> tag so that
when it sends the URL to the second frame, it can call a script or
function that also sends a URL or modifies the <img> tag in the third
frame so that it displays the picture you want. You can do this with
JavaScript fairly easily.
