Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if someone can help me... <sigh> I feel like I'm in a
loop and can't seem to figure out how to get out of it.
Here's the chronology and the problem:
My site is http://thecatcoach.com
I created it using frames because I wanted a static left hand
navigation with changing content area. So... of course after I
developed it I saw that it was (like duh) not searchable.
So then my next trick was to use the <no frame> trick. And... well...
yes, that kind of works, but it's created an interestesg bucket of
loopie worms... First of all when creating the <no frames>, my site,
when searched in google appear without the navigation. In order to
overcome that I put the link "The Cat Coach" to my site above my
signature... now the fun begins... and I need help...

first go to my site: http://thecatcoach.com
then select any page from the left hand navigation (so far OK)... ah...
stay tuned...
Now... scroll down and select "The Cat Coach" from above my name, this
is the link to my URL...
ah ha.... now there are two left hand navigation areas. Again, the only
reason I put that link in is was due to when using search engines, the
seperate pages appear without any navigation links.

What can I do? I want my site to be searchable, I'm hoping to retain
the frames, but I don't want two left hand nav areas.

The purpose of the frames was solely to have a static nav area....

Any suggestions?????

Thank you everyone!

Marilyn
