When I get email forwarded (attached) from a MSN cusotmer and click on the
attachment - I get "Welcome to MSN" and start the sign up process for a MSN
account. Have an account where I live, do not need another account or want
to pay for one. What setting is WRONG on my computer please.
To complicate this the forwarder is 76 years old and lives 900 miles from me
- so it is a little difficult to easily walk him thrugh. Hoping it is on my
end that will not let me open his email... Thank You

This is a Media Center newsgroup...

Are there newsgroups for MSN and for your e-mail software (and that of
the forwarder as well)? If so you might have a much improved chance of
getting an answer on such groups.

Well this is a XP newsgroup but here is a piece of advice, take it or leave
it. Since he is that old. When you get unwanted email from someone either
clearly tell them to not send it to you or simply delete and be on your merry
way.
