Please log in for more thread options I'm not entirely sure I got the gist of your first problem, but it sounds to
me like you should switch to IMAP4 instead of POP3. You should do this both
on your desktop Outlook and your Q. That way the desktop Outlook can run
the rules and move messages to the different folders. Then your Q will be
able to download the messages in the correct folders.
Note: please backup your data before playing around with your Outlook email
accounts or you may suffer data loss!
As for your second problem, unfortunately the Tasks application in WM5
Smartphone edition is not as full-featured as the PocketPC edition and
doesn't support reminders. There was a lot of work done in WM6 to add to
the functionality. I don't know if Motorola has announced whether they will
release an upgrade to WM6 though.
