 When I try to use Windows Explorer as a file manager in XP, I get this error
message:
"Explorer.exe - Application error
The instruction at "0x03132e30" referenced memory at "0x031b248c". The
memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program"

When I hit "OK", I get this message:
"Error
Runtime error 216 at 00002E30."

I will appreciate advice as to how to eliminate this error message.

 Open up that PC, make sure you are "grounded/earthed", and remove the
memory-sticks. clean the contacts with an eraser and blow away the remnants.
Reinsert the memory. Restart PC.
