Hello.

I've set up my Pocket PC to connect to my work server: we are using OWA
(Outlook Web Access).
I can synchronize via USB and wirelessly my contacts, appointments and tasks
with no problem and very quickly.
I can't sync at all my emails (which are in the OWA's inbox) and when I try
to send , the email will remain in my PPC outbox and never leave, not even
when cradled.
Can anyone please help me to find the solution: what am I doing wrong?

Thank you.

Steffo

Hello again.
I've just realized the device enrollment certificate is not installing in
the PPC.
It's installed on the PC with no problem but I can't get it to show in
ActiveSync, Tools, Advanced tools, Get device certificate (it's gray: not
clickable...).
How can I install that certificate in my PPC?
Thanks,
Steffo

When you try this you need to have the device conencted to activesync and
you need to have an accessible certificate authority on the network.

I have that, it's d/l in my PC and in my PPC but the option is still gray.
Everything is synchronizing but the emails: I can't understand why.
The folders, the contacts, the appointments and tasks are perfectly in
syncro: why am I not getting the emails?
It's very frustrating: please help.
Thanks in advance,
Steffo

Is this device also partnered with a PC (even a partnership you no longer
use because of Exchange?) And, if so, is it set to synchronize email with
that PC ?

If yes, that could be the problem- you can only sync email with source-
either one PC or Exchange. Delete the PC partnership, or at least uncheck
"email" from the partnership options and you should be able to enable it
for Exchange.
