Hi, I have SBS2003 SP2, Outlook 2007, ActiveSync 4.2.0., i-Mate K-Jam and
Windows Mobile 5. All has been happily operating for months until yesterday.
When I try to sync via the USB cable I get a message:
Exchange Server: View Status.
This gives me the following message:
ActiveSync encountered network problems or an internal server error while
synchronizing.
Support Code:85010016
Nothing has been installed on the server recently and the certificate is
still the same. I can successfully synch across the Vodafone network but not
via the USB cable
When I run the Troubleshooter for ActiveSync I get the following log:
