If you aren't running OWA on the Exchange server, Enable Intergrated
Windows Authentication on the server and require 128-bit SSL and it
should be fine. I haven't tested because that is not the configuration
in my company, but I do know that that error 85010014 comes from not
having Integrated Windows Authentication enabled on the server where
the mobile device is accessing the end users mailbox.

NOTE: If you are running OWA, don't do the above, it will really mess
up the login portion of OWA.

Well, am running OWA. I have a laptop at work and pulg it online when I come
home and have configured Outlook over RPC/HTTP and that is working fine.

Hmmm i dont know what that error means as well, but there must be something
that I can do too make my Qtek work with ActiveSync and my Exchange.

I have browesed many sites and forums on the net, and a common problem is
when you make your own certificate. I know MS is trying to make it diffircult
to us that make our own cerftificate so that 3 parties company can make money
selling certificate. But this is getting .... well yes, stupid.

But am not gonna stop trying, so if you guys that reads this have any other
good ideas.... write them here and am gonna try it out ::)

Regards

I am getting this error in server form, but the problem cant be on my
server. I have over 100 phones connecting to the server and working
just fine...and one throwing the 85010014 server error.

This does not involve a pst, so any solutions aimed at that arent going
to work.

Thoughts?

I have done all of the basic hard reset, uninstall reinstall stuff.

Is this phone the same model as an existing one?

Is the member trying to sync in more than 200 groups?
Has the user reached their mailbox limit?

Sorry for adding on to your topic, but I have the same error on a new
2125 Cingular with WM5. The user is running AS4.1 local certificate.
I have two other system's that connect with no problem one is a TREO
650 and the other a Samsung with WM3
