Looking for reccomendations on a simple expense tracking software that will
work with Excel? Or even an Excel Spreadsheet? I just need to track date,
category, descrition and amount. If this is not the right Usergroup, can
someone direct me?

Take a look at http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/finance/?en
It is definitely bigger than you are asking for, but very easy to use. And
can export to Excel, as long as I can remember.

Please log in for more thread options Have you looked at ListPro? I've been using it for a couple of weeks & am
pleased with it. From your description it seems like it would do what you
need, including exporting to a CSV file.

www.dataviz.com and download the trial of Documents to Go for Smartphone.
