Hi there,

Well I seem to have got past my NOT syncing woes, but as of today each time
I sync I'm getting a message box coming up that says the following:

There were errors during device synchronization.
Please check that you have enough memory on the selected location of your
device, or that your device was not disconnected.

Any thoughts on what's causing this?

Thanks.

Kel

It should show which option(s) were not synchronized. Also, try a soft
reset. If that doesn't work, try removing all the sync options (Tools
-> Options) and add them back in one by one.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your reply.

The odd thing is, once I click off the error message box, it appears to sync
normally. When it is finished all items say they are synchronized.

I did what you suggested, and removed on item at a time (contacts,
appointments, etc.) I did so with the folowing process:

(1) Remove contacts
(2) Resync
(3) Add back contacts
(4) Repeat (1) - (3) for each additional item (appointments, files, etc.)

Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Figured this one out. It was a third party program (MobiPocket Reader). So
now I can chase why that's not synching right now.

Thanks for the help.
