Mine broke with the new daylight time change.

There is a nice article on changing your Windows XP's time server to one
that works.

Section 3 has a list of working time servers.
Instructions on applying the new server is in Section 5. Works for MCE
2005.
It is real simple, Double click the clock on the task bar, type the address
of the time server you want to use in the address box on the Internet time
tab.
