I have an iPAQ rx3100 series mobile device and I have not been able to sync
it successfully with my computer. It worked the very first time I tried, but
has given me the following error message every time since: Synchronization
cannot be started because partnership information could not be accessed on
your mobile device. Disconnect your device, reconnect your device, and try
to synchronize again. If the problem persists, use Microsoft ActiveSync to
back up all info.
This is very frustrating!! Can anyone help me?!?!
