Error signing into hotmail Rockster 10-23-2007

I just started having this problem this morning. After I enter my password
going into hotmail the next screen I get is 'Internet Explorer is unable to
display the webpage'. I am using WindowsXP and IE 7. I have another computer
on the same network and it works fine. All other internet functions are ok
(ebay, google, amazon, etc) Any ideas??? NOTE: I cannot get into my hotmail
account to receive any emails. Thanks

Try clearing your cookies and deleting temporary Internet Files.
Try signing in at both www.hotmail.com and at http://mail.live.com

If you still need support, http://support.live.com - select Windows Live Hotmail
Note that the autoreply may need to be responded to in order to open the case,
and sadly it can take quite a while for a response after that.

Stephen, Thanks for the help. I eventually found as item that had me reset
my security settings (Trusted & Restricted) back to their defaults for
hotmail.com, passport.com and msn.com. This cured my problem/

You're welcome and thanks for reporting that adding them to the trusted zone was
the resolution.
