Error in starting Windows Media Center SBG 01-05-2007

 When I try to start windows media center, it pops up with an error of:

ehshell.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

After this, it will not allow me to start up the program. What can I do to
make this work again.

Are you running Service Pack 2? If not install it, if you do save this at a
batch file and run it then reboot.

regsvr32 /s atl.dll
%windir%\ehome\ehSched.exe /unregServer
%windir%\ehome\ehSched.exe /service
%windir%\ehome\ehRecvr.exe /unregServer
%windir%\ehome\ehRecvr.exe /service
