It seems to be an issue with the database file "C:\Dokumente und
Einstellungen\Borg\Anwendungsdaten\Microsoft\ActiveSync\Profiles\WM_Borg2\user.sdf".
Does this file exist?
At this point I would recommend deleting the partnership and creating a new
one.
