I would appreciate all of the help I can get. My hard drive crashed, so I am
starting from go again. I reloaded Office 2003 Pro and Activesync 4.2.
Prior to the crash it all worked, now I get the error code of 85010014. I
have read all of the postings and Microsofts tips. I followed all of the
tips including reinstalling Activesync and repaired Outlook. Still same
problems.
This can not be this difficult. I am not a techy person, just trying to
sync with my T-Mobile smartphone so I have a back up of my information on the
phone.
I would appreciate some steps to resolve this problem. Please not too techy
of a talk, just simple person's instructions please.
