 Hi,

I'm trying to enumerate all e-mail accounts on the phone. I can enumerate
all messaging accounts with IMAPITable::QueryRows but I can't figure out how
to tell which ones are the e-mail ones. I'm using C++.

 Essentially all accounts are email unless they are named "SMS" or "MMS".
