Do you have a copy of the EFS cert used to encrypt file?
Do you have a copy of the EFS recovery cert? (This is a dedicated cert or
possibly the user that installed AD)
Last but not least, assuming the EFS cert used to encrypt file is corrupted,
do you have a way of recovering that certificate?
