What do you mean by:
"This policy doesn't override the settings done in default domain policy -
neither I link it to a organisational unit beneath nor I set a link
filter to a desired computer group."
If you create a policy that enables a setting you need to link it to
somewhere, either at the domain or OU level. Also, what about the Recovery
Agent, did you change that?
