Hello all,

i disabled EFS globally within computer configuration of default domain policy -
this works fine for all pc's.
Then I built a new policy in wich I enabled EFS again. This policy doesn't
override the settings done in default domain policy - neither I link it to a
organisational unit beneath nor I set a link
filter to a desired computer group.

How can force enabling EFS for a group of pc's

Thanks in advance

Torsten

What do you mean by:

"This policy doesn't override the settings done in default domain policy -
neither I link it to a organisational unit beneath nor I set a link
filter to a desired computer group."

If you create a policy that enables a setting you need to link it to
somewhere, either at the domain or OU level. Also, what about the Recovery
Agent, did you change that?
