Hi,

Is there a way to know which users on the network uses EFS to encrypt data?
We will migrate those machines to a new domain and want to know this
information
before.

Thanks

Assuming that EFS use in your organization is fairly ad-hoc, then
there isn't anything built-in that I can think of that would help.

It wouldn't be too terribly difficult to create something that would
traverse the file system on each computer and report back what it
found. How many computers are you talking about?

The EFSAssistant that we shipped some time ago has much of the code
that would be needed. If you'd like some assistance in solving the
problem feel free to contact me off-line.
