Enviornment: PPC-6700, WM5, EAS 4.1, XNG2K3 SP2, SSL, W2K3 Cert Svcs
Problem: EAS gives error 0x80072F0D, The security certificate onthe server
is invalid. Contact your Exchange Server administrator or ISP to install a
valid certificate on the server.

I copied the .cer to the device and opened it in File Explorer (it shows up
under Certificates-Root). BUT when accessing the /exchange or /oma in IE,
there is a yellow exclamation point for the 1st item (The certificate was
issued by a company you have not chosen to trust). The last 2 are green (date
and name).
I imagine this might have something to do with it? I should not be prompted
when going into the /exchangae...so maybe this is related to the ActiveSync
error?

Any advice would be appreciated...going on day 3 with this!!!

One more thing...in looking at the cert onthe device, it reads "Intended
Purpose(s): Server Authentication...don't know if that means anything. Should
it read "All"
