Sorry, again, and thanks for the report!

But this time, I believe, this is something beyond my control.

If the permanent URI

http://www.purl.org/stefan_ram/pub/wrocco_en

does not return the page, you can try the temporary URI:

http://userpage.fu-berlin.de/~ram/pub/pub_jf47ht44Ht/wrocco_en

I have verified both URIs via different systems now.

The page is visible to me now, using the second URI. There is a strange
text in the <head>, inserted directly after the <title> element:

"[an error occurred while processing this directive]"

No.

Both things are related to HTTP. No webserver, no HTTP.

Get a webserver up and running (Apache is reliable and it's free!) and
save yourself from a lot of troubles.
