Yes, free websites do get indexed. Incoming links among other things are
also important for free websites, so get them.

it looks like ~33,000 urls in that domain are already included in the google
index:

http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3A4mg.com

and yahoo lists ~40,000 pages indexed in various subdomains of 4mg.com:

https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=http%3A%2F%2F4mg.com

But he doesn't have the whole domain, just his subdomain - which is seen by
Google as a separate entity.
