I have a question. I created a free website using freeservers site
builder. The website is www.medicaltourism.4mg.com/. Will it not
indexed by google if its on a subdomain and not ranked well?

Google does not mind if it's on a subdomain; Google is willing to index any
site (except, apparently, etch-a-sketch!).

BUT free domains have much less chance of ranking well than 'proper' sites,
for various reason, including:

1. many directories will not list 'free sites' - so fewer Quality links
2. Many other stes will not take them seriously, either - so fewer links
3. Your host may make the site inaccessible at whim, and for days at a time
if it gets popular, making spidering unreliable.
4. Your host may have a setup that is SE unfriendly even when the site is
visible.

Domains cost a few doallars per year; hosting a couple of dollars per site
per month.

If you want a job done well, start out with quality ingredients.

It might be indexed, or not. But it has nothing to do with being a free
website / homepage / hosted by your provider.

The other issue, of course, is content.

If your site merely repeats stuff found on scores of other sites, it won't
do well, freesite OR paid for.

I know yours is new, but the one page of 'relevant' content is found on AT
LEAST 17 other sites - that's identical wording. I guess if you tweaked the
words a little, you could could find hundreds of very similar pages, neither
original or interesting.

So a free site of oft-repeated cr*p has zero chance against a Quality site
with unique, original, quality content.

If you want a job done well, start out with quality ingredients.

Many free sites have been used by genealogy folks in documenting their
family history.
Many links to these old pages (no longer active) are provided in many of
the sites that are exlcusive to genealogy. Frequently and with that dead
URL in hand, you may go to archive.org and pull up these old sites.
