Please let me know if Microsoft monitors this forum..

I notice that many of the questions have gone unanswered, perhaps Microsoft
has dropped support and not answering our questions is their way of telling
to go back to using Googles Desktop Search.

Thanks,

Kerry

Microsoft provides these forums for peer support. That means that users help
each other. In some cases, Microsoft employees may participate, but that is not
the intent of these forums.

Thanks Stephen,

Got it.

Is there a place to get qualified answers to questions not answered here in
a timely manner?

Thanks,

Kerry

Here's a link to the form for feedback, questions, and issues for MSN Search:

http://support.msn.com/contactus.aspx?productkey=search

It's available from this web page:

http://search.msn.com/docs/help.aspx?t=SEARCH_CONC_ContactUs.htm&FORM=CCDD2
