Sorry, I don't understand the question. "scan through systems"? H/PC can
support network cards. If you're really talking about the old H/PC, the
drivers would have to come with the card and include the network stack. If
you mean modern Pocket PC or SmartPhone devices, yes, many have built-in
WiFi, too.
ActiveSync 3.x has support for sync over the network with desktop PCs. I
think you can sync with a maximum of two different PCs, but I'm not sure
about that. ActiveSync 4.x, which is required for Windows Mobile 5 devices,
no longer supports this for security reasons. You can sync over the
network, but only with a more-secure Exchange Server machine, not your
ordinary desktop running Outlook.
