Hello:

We have workgroup PCs in a Novell network. We want to establish secure
communication between a server and specific group of PCs trying to access
that server. We have tested CA server issuing certificate and using IPSec for
communication between test PC and the server. Now, we want to implement this
concept to few other PCs.

Questions are as follows:

1. Does each computer or PC has to have a unique certificate?
2. What is the best method of distributing or deploying these certificates
to those remote PCs?
3. Can we export the IPSec policy from the test PC to other remote PCs as
well? If so, is there an automated way of doing it?

Will certainly appreciate your quick and clear response. Thanks.

Regards,

Victor

NOTE: The PCs are currently WinXP (may be upgraded to Vista down the road)
and Server currently is a Win2k3 Std edition (may be upgraded to Windows 2008
down the road).
