Hello everyone,
Normally we do not provide support through newsgroups and discussion
boards. However, I would like to clarify this issue.
Our IFilters are designed to delete temp files that they are creating.
In some cases a temp file can be locked by another process, such as
antivirus or indexing service itself. By default Windows excludes temp
directory from being indexed. If default settings are changed and temp
directory is not excluded from indexing, such locking can occur.
To address this issue we recommend users to make sure temp directory is
excluded from indexing and other background processes. It is also
possible to set a custom temp directory for IFilterShop Zip IFilter as
described in the documentation.
Please in the future contact us directly for support issues. We
promptly reply to all e-mails.
Best regards,
Olga
