 When I select defrag. I get this error message:

Disk defragmenter has detected that chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volume
(C:). Please run chkdsk /f

Does anyone know the solution??

Try Start > Run. Type cmd OK.

At the prompt:
Type chkdsk C: /f
Press Enter.
