from A or B you cannot ping C at all
from C you cannot ping A or B using name
from C you CAN ping using IP address
Assuming I read that right, it looks like your problem is with name
resolution. I am guessing that your Linksys router is where your computers
are getting their IP/gateway/DNS addresses from, so you would need to check
it's configuration.
You didn't list the IP addresses of your computers so I can only guess, but
you should check to make sure they have IP addresses that are on the same
network. Without giving a huge explanation, the ip addresses:
192.168.100.1
192.168.100.3
192.168.100.18
are all probably on the same network. But 10.1.1.65 is not.
also make sure that C has file and printer sharing checked. (this is in the
Properties area of the network connection)
