Hi NG,

I´m not sure if this is the correct group but I try to post my issue here.
We use e2k3 with mobile phones (mda vario) and msfp installed. The push
service worked fine for a very long time. Actually all mobile phones only
receive mail (wireless - no cable is used!!!) when the outlook client is
connected to the mailbox or the user is connected by owa. We don´t get any
error codes on the mobiles or server.
Can anyone point me into the right direction?
Thanks in advance!
Joe

Hi Joe,

same issue here, no idea how to find out what's going wrong yet either. I'm
watching with interest for a reply.

cheers
Brad

Hi Brad,

do you have a FE/BE configuration?

Joe,

yes we do. Does that match your own configuration?

Yes, it does. And I´m pretty sure that it´s not the FE that causes the
problem!
