I can't find my Device Manager. When I try to access it I get a warning
window from Microsoft Management Center telling me that 'the selected file
cannot be found'! I haven't been near the Device Manager in a while, so I
don't know if it can be linked to any download or not.
Any ideas

Try Control Panel > System. Click on Hardware tab, Device Manager should be
on a Button.

I have the same problem. The only way it worked for me is to use command
prompt - run as admin, then type compmgmt.msc

This is the only way I can get the device manager to open. Hope this helps.
Don't know what the cause.
