Native: eVC 4 SP3 or SP4
Managed: Visual Studio 2003 Professional or Enterprise
For both of the above you will need to download and install Smartphone 2003
SDK
An alternative would be to obtain Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 (or July CTP -
not August!), which includes everything you need for either managed or
unmanaged development on SP 2003
