My desktop theme sounds seem to dissapear after I shut down or restart the
PC.
Anyone have any idea what would cause this? They work fine until I shut
down or restart. If I go to Sounds in Control Panel, they all play when I
click on them. The actions just do not generate the sounds.
I have MCE 2005. I use 56k modem to connect to local ISP by manually
dialing internet connection. I have built in LAN but not connected at this
time.
