Desktop search wont work when signed in on network

I have installed the current version on Windows Desktop Search as a local
user with administrator rights. Everything works ok. However when I sign on
as a network user (part of a domain) I get the following error message. This
user also has administrator rights to the local PC.

#msntb_toolbar_full_name# is unable to load its config file.

I have tried restarting, removing and reinstalling the software, installing
the software while signed on as the network user however it makes no
difference.

I cannot find any reference to this problem anywhere. Any help would be
appreciated.

I just posted about this in under the "UNABLE TO LOAD CONFIG FILE" with a
FIX... hope it helps.
