I would like to create a desktop app that would be able to access smartphone
(mobile phone) and show phone data, for example contacts (with ability to
add, delete and edit).

Can you please give me any pointers? Samples?

Thanks,
S

Hi,

RAPI doesn't include functionality for Phone. So, you will need to
write some code for your device to interact with those APIs and then
get this information from the desktop. For example, you could write a
dll and then call it with CeRapiInvoke from the desktop.

Thanks - it looks like a good start, nevertheless, are there any sample
code/snippets I could look at? - I am still not sure if I can handle
CeRapiInvoke (will all calls fail because of a restricted policy for RAPI?).

Tx,
S
