Maybe. Many of the CPUs are socketed, but there are so many issues that
a general answer is not possible. In some cases, almost any CPU that
fits the socket will work, in other cases even if there are no
electrical issues (and there may be many electrical issues), the BIOS
may prevent CPU changes. It's best to stay within the exact same CPU
family, to maximize your chances of success, but even then it's not
assured. Almost the only way to do it is to try it.
