Dell Laptop Will Not Start MacBrando 12-28-2005

 I have tried everything. I have removed the battery, hard drive,
memory, CD drive, PC cards, and just left the AC adapter plugged in and

I cannot get the laptop to power up. No lights, no sounds, no nothing.
Does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks a lot!

I found out what it was. The power adapter was not providing the proper
amount of voltage to the laptop to charge or run it.
