My headset jack is loose, and when I tried to take off the case, much to my
surprise, there were rivet type fastners on the back that make it virtually
impossible for me to take off and repair my loose adapter.

Is there a special tool available to remove these socalled rivets? I don't
think it is a torx type screw, but I may be wrong? Any help would be
appreciate it.

Please don't tell me I need to send it back to Dell. That would be nowhere.

Answered my own question: found the procedure on Dell's Deep Support
Troubleshooter.

Thanks!
