Hi,
Microsoft combined the conflict resolution options for the server and the
desktop in the same dialog box. The server option does not apply if you are
not synchronizing directly with Exchange 2003.
As you said you are using different versions of ActiveSync between the
desktops. I do not know why Microsoft made this change.
