Thanks for your reply. Your interpretation of what HP's site is what I
wanted to confirm :) ...that if i delete the partition I will lose the
ability to individually reinstall stuff...but at least I can restore
everything back to scratch from the the backup DVDs.
You are probably right about the 120gig drive. If i were to upgrade to
a drive that size, I would then be reliant on those very DVD's to
install everything.
